Archipelago subjective perspectives
Benches of selected Rotterdam exhibition spaces
dimensions variable
2015
Archipelago subjective perspectives is an installation for the exhibition Museum of Unconditional Surrender and consists of benches of various exhibition spaces in Rotterdam. These objects are places for visitors of exhibitions to offer the opportunity to sit down next to a work or have a moment of relaxation or contemplation. They are objects used when setting up an exhibition to facilitate experiencing the exhibition. In this arrangement, the objects come together as a family of objects and represent the different places that offer different perspectives on art.
